It is built on the foundation of malt spirit, undergoing quart filtration, post-sand filtration, and finally a 30 day maturation period. The nose offers scents of mineral, pepper and cream. Subtle flavours of citrus and meringue. It closes semi-sweet, creamy, and then dry.
