Buisson-Charles Meursault 'La Vigne de 1945' 2019
This stunning Burgundy Chardonnay comes from a single parcel of vines planted just before the end of World War II in March of 1945 in les Pellans just below Meursault Charmes 1er . It is aged 18 months in neutral barrels.
On the nose, there is ripe white and yellow orchard fruit aromas. On the palate, there is a gorgeous senseof underlying tension to the beautifully well-detailed flavours that conclude in a bone-dry, youthfully austere and sneaky long finale.
