From the legendary Farr family vineyards in Bannockburn, Geelong, Farrside is a Pinot Noir that beautifully captures the rugged elegance of its cool-climate site. Planted on the most exposed slopes with rich black volcanic soil and limestone, this single-site Pinot balances power and finesse in equal measure.
The 2023 vintage shows vivid aromatics of dark cherry, forest floor and savoury spice, wrapped in layers of fine tannins and bright natural acidity. It’s complex yet approachable, with a beautifully textured palate that will continue to unfold with time in the cellar.
Pairing: Perfect with duck breast, roast pork, or earthy mushroom dishes.
Cellaring: Drinking beautifully now, but will reward 8–12 years of careful cellaring.
