Diamond Valley Chardonnay 2022
This chardonnay was made from premium hand picked grapes, from selected local vineyards. The early growing season was cold with some local frost, however January finished dry and hot, yielding fully ripe grapes. The wine was made in a traditional style using French Oak. It is rich, full-bodied with creamy almond meal texture. Bottled under screw-caps to ensure quality and consistency.
