Fraser Gallop Parterre Chardonnay 2023

This wine was fermented with wild yeast and aged in barrels for 9 months. It has a bright pale straw color with greenish edges. The aroma is lively with notes of white peach, nectarine, dried honey, citrusy nougat, light cashew, and gun flint. On the palate, it is fresh and elegant, with flavors of pear, nectarine, and citrus fruits. These are complemented by subtle hints of nougat, cashew, and a touch of gun flint. The wine has vibrant acidity and a refined, energetic finish. It's best enjoyed over the next 5-6 years. Alcohol content is 12.5%
