Known for its elegant design, and the free inclusion of a Georg Jensen designed reusable Champagne stopper, the Hallmark Cuvee hails from Tasmania - the perfect, cool-climate region for producing outstanding sparkling wines. The palate is characterised by a chalky mouthfeel, a backbone of taut acidity, refined minerality, lemon pith and roast cashews. 

Best served as an accompaniment to a well thought out charcuterie board, it may also be enjoyed as a pre-dinner aperitif.
