Gigibianco is all about reviving the long lost traditions of wine varieties, styles and winemaking (hopefully all three together) that have been replaced in this modern world. Gigibianco came about after chatting to the winemakers from as bygone era. Those souls that are now in their late 70's and 80's who told me how Trebbiano used to be made and how they used to drink it. Note there will be a small deposit at the bottom of the bottle due to the wine not having been stabilized or filtered.
