This is one of MasiÍs unique speciality wines, made using the Masi double fermentation technique whereby fermented wine from the fresh grapes is re-fermented with 25% of whole semi-dried (dried for about six weeks) grapes of the same varieties. Produced from a blend of 70% Corvina, 25% Rondinella and 5% Molinara the wine sees a minimum of 18 months in oak.
