Parés Baltà runs their own sheep through the vineyards to help fertilise the land naturally and organically and use bees for pollination during the flower seasons, an operation that thrives off organic viticulture. Giving the wines their organic and vegan labels.
With a beautiful cherry red colour you can find an intense nose of fresh wild berry fruits followed by flavours of red fruit, subtle exotic spice notes and smoky oak undertones at the back of the mouth allowing for a well-balanced, long finish red.
