Coutier’s Rosé is a stunning expression of Ambonnay’s Grand Cru vineyards, blending 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, with a touch of still red wine (6%) to give it that gorgeous colour and gentle fruit richness. The base comes from the most recent harvest, lifted by 23% reserve wines, with almost a third of those aged in oak — adding quiet complexity and a lovely, subtle hint of spice.
With a precise 4 g/L dosage, this sits firmly in Extra-Brut territory, giving the wine incredible freshness while still letting the fruit shine. After 24 months on lees, the texture is silky, refined, and perfectly balanced.
Only 9,000 bottles were made, and it really shows in the detail: the purity of the fruit, the fine structure, the elegance from start to finish. It’s a beautifully crafted Rosé Champagne — vibrant, precise, and effortlessly classy.
