Terrazas de Los Andes Reserva Malbec 2022
Located high in the peaks of the Andes, Terrazas, named after the terraced hills of the mountain range, forming peaks varying from 800-1800 meters in altitude. The grapes are sourced from a variety of neighbouring vineyards located in the Mendoza sub regions of Lujan de Cuvo and the Uce Valley, from aged vines varying between 20-80 years old.
The Reserva Malbec is the culmination of these vineyards and aged in French Oak barrels for 12 months resulting in a rich, exceptionally refined black and red hue. With irresistible scents of blackcurrant, liquorice and plum are instant on the nose with subtle vanillin cedar and spiced herbs following beneath. This malbec dances at a medium to fine tannin ratio providing both structure and cohesive freshness to a long and finessed finish.
