Following fermentation on skins, the wine is transferred to French oak—76% seasoned and 24% new—for 19 months of maturation. The result is a beautifully balanced Shiraz, with vibrant aromas of wild forest berries layered with mocha and subtle oak. The palate is rich and generous, offering ripe berry fruit, integrated spice, silky tannins, and a long, elegant finish.
