Majella 'The Musician' Cabernet Shiraz 2021

The Musician is crafted as a light and elegant dry red, fermented in both oak barrels and stainless steel tanks before being aged for an additional six months for minimal oak contact. It is then blended and bottled as a young red in order to retain its freshness.

The Wine Maker remarks that the "colour is vibrant deep ruby red with crimson hue. Fresh mint, eucalyptus and spice make up the lifted nose. The palate is soft and well balanced, with blackberries and cassis flavour with supple soft tannins. A perfect pairing of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.
