Afeltra uses traditional bronze extruding machines to create a rough texture with tiny pores that help the pasta absorb sauces more effectively. The Penne Lisce are also slowly dried at a low temperature for up to 48 hours, preserving the protein structure and ensuring a perfect al dente texture.
